For the highest precision, positioning accuracy, and repeatability we offer the N-series, and for the standard automation application, the E-series. To satisfy almost any application, both lines are available in a wide variety of sizes, ratios, and configurations. Neugart offers many standard options, as well as the ability to custom-modify the units. For applications requiring special approaches, we offer completely customized gearbox solutions.
The brand new N-series sets new standards in the high precision class. It is offered in 3 basic design configuration PLN – inline planetary; WPLN right angle Hypoid / Planetary, and the compact high stiffness PLFN rotating flange inline planetary.
Cutting edge manufacturing - honed gears
We apply enhanced manufacturing methods, using modern high tech machine tools. After precision hobbling, shaping, and grinding, our case hardened gears are honed to perfection.
Honed gears have higher load ability, smoother run, lower noise, and vastly diminished wear. As a result of this process, Neugart gears maintain very consistent backlash over the life of the gearbox; virtually eliminating gear wear and contributing to a long lasting, clean lubricant, essential for a long life.
