Prime Energy Changes Name to Atlas Copco Prime Energy, LLC

La Porte, Texas – Prime Energy, a company within the Atlas
Copco Group, has announced it has changed its name to Atlas Copco Prime
Energy, LLC. The company will operate under the name Atlas Copco Prime
Energy.
The name change was made to reflect the company’s close relationship with its
parent corporation, Atlas Copco, which represents 135 years of global business
success. Being the rental arm for such a well-established, respected equipment
provider strengthens the brand equity previously built by Prime Energy, and
enhances the company’s position in the industrial rental market.
