EP11SIC is a silver-filled epoxy-resin system that has high electrical and thermal conductivity. It has superior adhesion to both metallic and nonmetallic substrates, with a tensile strength over 6,000 psi and a tensile shear strength over 1,500 psi. The adhesive has good resistance to thermal shock, high temperatures, and chemicals. It suits bonding, potting, sealing, and coating applications; and is rated for temperatures from -60 to 300° F.
