Small Diameter Ball Screw Assemblies (SD Ball Screw) are an extension of the Power-Trac™ offering. Standard diameters are from 6 mm to 12 mm. They will handle a load capacity of 40-100 lb, with an accuracy of: ± 100 µm/300 mm - Standard Rolled (Carry, MRT) / ± 25 µm/300 mm - Precision Rolled (PMT). Standard leads are from 1 mm to 3 mm. They come in two versions, keyed and V-thread.
A range of materials including alloy, stainless, aluminum, titanium, and other exotic metals are available to match application requirements; i.e.-stainless steel for medical or non-magnetic, non-corrosive applications. Custom versions are also available.
