The alpha SP+ and alpha TP+ gearboxes have received a facelift that alters their aesthetics but will not alter critical external and connecting dimensions.

The upgrades are the result of research in mechatronics. The torques are up to 25% higher – depending on the version – raising the power density.  A new version of the cymex®3.2 servo sizing tool helps in the selection of the right version for a specific application, as well as calculating energy consumption.
