Easy integration of line shafting systems with torque overload control is made possible by the R+W EZ2 series. Eliminating numerous support bearings, couplings, shafting and the need for a separate torque limiter, the EZ2 series spans longer distances and runs smoothly without additional support, and can drop-into an assembly in a fraction of the time.

Each unit is cut-to-length and comes with a complete report of calculated mass, inertia, critical speed, flexibility and more. The integral torque limiter is backlash free and accurate to +/-5%, making it more sensitive than monitored amperage in the control system. The EZ2 with torque limiter is available in many sizes for torque values up to 900Nm (663 lbs-ft) and bore sizes, English or metric, keyed or smooth, up to 80mm (3.15”).
