Minneapolis, MN – SICK announced the launch of its BCG EcoLine Wire Draw Encoders. The BCG is an economical distance measurement solution with a scalable analog output (4-20mA or 0-10V) that easily interfaces with control systems. It includes a variety of easy-to-use features, including a pushbutton teach that allows users to configure the unit for different lengths – simplifying setup and saving time.

This BCG is enclosed in a thin, compact housing, making it ideal for applications with limited installation space. The BCG offers two versions of standalone MRA-F Wire Draw Mechanisms that, when combined with SICK’s existing encoder portfolio, give users advanced customization capabilities. Plus, its precise measurements are ideal for a variety of markets, including mobile vehicle, automotive, medical, ASRS and general manufacturing.
