4 arc-minutes in small right angle gearboxes from Rino Mechanical. These gearboxes are developed for camera positioning applications in 24/7 operation. They offer torques to 36 inch-lbs at 2000 rpm input with the P20 or P30. The P20 size without flange is 1.6” x 1.9” x 0.9” and the P30 is 2.4” x 2.8 x 1.1”.
Larger gearboxes with torques to 540 inch-lbs at 2000 rpm with 4 arc-minutes of backlash are available. Ratios from 5:1 to 120:1 are standard.
This worm/wheel gearbox series use a single piece carbon steel worm and input shaft, machined aluminum block housing, dual ball bearings for shaft supports, output bore with optional stainless output shaft.
