Bench Top XYZ series dispensing robots are available as part of a turnkey robotic dispensing system for 1-part and 2-part materials. The XYZ gantry robot system applies adhesives, sealants and lubricants with precision placement directly onto parts quickly with repeatable accuracy. They suit high payload, high-speed applications. Each robot includes dispensing software, a teach pendant, an input for PC programming and can develop up to 100 program and 1000 data points per program. Four models are available in either 400 mm x 400 mm or 300 mm x 300 mm working area with either servo drive or stepper drive motors. A complete Servo-Flo dispensing system is integrated for a totally automated dispensing system.
