The CMS Cartesian Motion System includes the IndraMotion for Handling for a complete, ready-to-install handling system with a variety of communication interfaces. The combined components reduce the learning curve associated with programming and commissioning point-to-point and assembly applications. It features the L-40 and L-20 PLC-based motion controller and VCP 08.2 HMI controller interface. With up to three axes, it handles payloads to 25 kg, speeds to 1.0 mps, and acceleration rates to 15 mps?. Depending on the chosen axis combination and size, the motion system can execute strokes to 1000 mm in the X-axis, 700 mm in the Y-axis, and 800 mm in the Z-axis.
