Rapidtray component trays from R.H. Murphy are for ESD and mechanical protection in an industry-standard format. The manufacturer uses precision injection molding and CNC machining to make the custom trays without custom tooling — suitable for engineering prototypes or for end users that need trays in low and moderate volumes. Rapidtray JEDEC outline trays are compatible with automated and manual processes.

They’re made of premium NoStat conductive polymers for consistent properties and performance. Lead times are as short as one week.

Options include 180°C and 60°C temperature ratings; custom part-number engraving; and blank cover trays.

Universal tray blanks abound with cover and spacer trays, so end users can get trays for components from 0.5 to more than 25 mm tall.
