Precise Atomization in a Compact Package
The Lee Company’s new atomizing nozzles, available in both airless and air-assisted styles, generate a 50º cone spray pattern and offer precise, controlled atomization in a compact package.

The airless atomizing nozzles do not need an external air supply and will atomize with pressures as low as 20 psi (on water). The air-assisted nozzles utilize an external air source to control the atomization, allowing lower fluid operating pressures (as low as 5 psi). The pressure of the liquid and the air can be independently controlled to fine-tune the flow rate and nozzle performance.

The nozzles are compatible with Lee’s VHS micro-dispense valves for fine flow rate control using pulse width modulation (PWM). Atomizing nozzles with special mounting configurations and PEEK wetted materials are available as special requests.

Last Chance Safety Screens Protect Critical Components IMH Screens
are “last chance” safety screens designed to protect critical fluid control components against rogue contamination. They are not intended to serve as system filters. The screens are constructed of stainless steel woven wire mesh, bonded together using a proprietary process that offers superior integrity and life.

IMH Screens are available in Insert or High Pressure Cartridge styles, and in 5.5, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters. Insert Screens feature an integral locking end. High Pressure Cartridge Screens are designed to be retained by the customer, and use multiple screen layers to provide additional strength and integrity for high pressure applications. With this unique, multi-layer design, the high pressure screens are rated for a minimum burst pressure of 35 mPa (5000 psi).

NACE Compliant Precision Valv es Handle 15,000 psi
The Lee Company introduces a new line of precision check valves specifically designed for high pressure, harsh duty applications. Constructed entirely of NACE compliant, corrosion-resistant materials, these new check valves feature a durable MP35N poppet and seat and are designed for checked direction pressures up to 15,000 psi. The new valves are available in forward and reverse flow directions in five sizes ranging from 0.125” to 0.500” in diameter. Each valve is 100% tested and inspected to ensure reliable, consistent performance, eliminating the need for additional in-house testing.

The Lee Company offers a full range of precision fluid control products including NACE compliant pressure relief valves, sealing plugs, and sea water compatible solenoid valves.
