Suco pressure switches are produced to operate in harsh operational conditions in mobile equipment, off-highway, material handling and industrial applications. They are designed to withstand pressure spikes, prolonged exposure to continual pulsation, shocks and vibrations.

Suco pressure switches are listed and certified by many global equipment manufacturers. This is because of its outstanding product quality and reliability and also due to the company’s technical support and on-time delivery.

Mechanical pressure switches are available in zinc plated steel body, stainless steel, brass and aluminum body. Set points range from 1 to 5,800psi with an overpressure safety up to 8,700psi.

The latest Suco product line has a wide variety of pressure switches with integrated connector. This includes Deutsch DT04-2P and -3P, AMP Superseal, Packard MetriPack 280, AMP Junior Timer, M12x1 and Bayonet connector. The advantages are their compact size with high overpressure safety combined with high IP rating of up to IP67/IP6K9k (withstand high pressure washdown and immersion) with very competitive pricing.

Suco Technologies offers a new line of pressure Transducers and Transmitters with Silicon-on-Sapphire technology. Silicon-on-Sapphire has been approved for decades in the oil, gas, and defense industry. Suco Technologies makes this high end technology affordable now for off-highway and industrial application. Pressure Transducers and Transmitters based on Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) technology have outstanding performance features that include excellent overpressure safety and burst pressure, ability to operate at extreme temperatures, outstanding long term stability, and high rise rate, accuracy and repeatability. SOS Pressure Transducers are now being used in the off-highway industry.

The new Suco Technologies line of Transducers and Transmitters is available with 0.5-4.5V (ratiometrically) output, 0-10V (3-wire) and 4-20mA (2-wire) output signal. Wetted parts are all made of stainless steel. The stainless steel diaphragm is welded with the casing that results in a low leakage rate even with difficult gases.

All Suco pressure monitoring devices are RoHS compliant. Selected products have CE, CSA, cCSAus approval.
