The upcoming Fluid Power Technology Conference in Milwaukee offers engineers and designers a number of opportunities to network and learn from industry experts—as well as pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturers—at the two-day event. To be held at the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Kern Center on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 21 and 22, the event will feature nearly 10 sessions led by experts in their respective fields.
“Virtual prototype through dynamic simulation,” will be sponsored by FD-GROUPS America. It will be led by Céline Cabana, Technical Account Manager, of FD-Groups, the new North American subsidiary of FLUIDESIGN Group which specializes in hydraulics, electronics and dynamic simulation.
The purpose of this presentation is to define when and where dynamic simulation can be effectively applied. Using actual project examples, we determine the parameters to examine when considering the use of multi-domain dynamic simulation for not only problem solving but also, for new developments. The many benefits of building a virtual prototype as a way to complement traditional engineering methodology will also be discussed in detail.
