Offered with Kevlar® cord reinforcement, the A6B18M…Series are stocked in 22 different groove sizes ranging from 94 mm to 559 mm (3.701” to 22.008”) while the A6G18M…Series with fiberglass cord reinforcement are stocked in pitch lengths from 142 mm to 705 mm (5.591” to 27.756”). These unique belts come standard in 3 mm and 6 mm widths; however, special widths can be cut from sleeves, also available in stock.
The Kevlar® belts (double span) have a breaking point of 300 N per 1 mm (214 lbf. per 1/8 in.) and the fiberglass belts, also double span, have a breaking point of 165 N per 1 mm (117 lbf. per 1/8 in.). Both have a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C (-22°F to +185°F). Since these timing belts are the smallest standardized pitch timing belts available they are ideal for important prototype or production applications that require high-quality, miniature parts. Hi
I’m looking for an ultrasoft, thin timing belt with pitch 1 mm of smaller. The belt length does not matter at this stage.
The application is for a clock, so the force on the belt is minimal.
