Atlanta, Georgia — SolidWorks World 2007 — 3DScanCo, the leading 3D scanning service center in North America, has announced that it will begin offering its new 3D Scanning Service Partner Program to select resellers of CAD and CAE software products, enabling them to offer supporting and complementary 3D scanning solutions to their customers.

Resellers have the opportunity to integrate 3D scanning and modeling services with their current product offerings resulting in increased sales and improved competitive advantage, all with no startup costs.

3DScanCo personnel have been providing customers with high quality 3D scanning solutions for over 10 years. Its client list includes companies such as Lockheed Martin, Delta, Toyota, NASA, John Deere, and Yamaha.

Industry analysts at SparPoint LLC, a leading 3D laser scanning research firm, have determined that the 3D scanning market is growing exponentially and is expected to surpass $325 million in 2007. Resellers can immediately secure new revenue by partnering with 3DScanCo in this emerging market.

Recent advances in technology have made it possible to apply 3D scanning at any point of the design, development, and optimization of products, creating a large overlap with the CAD and CAE markets. “As the 3D scanning market overlaps the CAD and CAE markets, customers will turn to their resellers for 3D scanning solutions. 3DScanCo's proven track record will guarantee that these customers receive the high quality service they've come to expect,” said Karol Hatzilias, President of 3DScanCo. “We are extremely excited about this program and are looking forward to working with our new partners.”

By partnering with 3DScanCo, resellers can add and leverage an experienced, degreed engineering team with world class core competency in the 3D scanning market that is committed to delivering high quality results.  For more information about the 3DScanCo Partner Program, please contact Ken Shain at (770) 841-0700 or [email protected].
