RFMW (San Jose, CA) has announced design and sales support for a fully integrated 802.11a/n/ac FEM, with bypass LNA + T/R SPDT switch from TriQuint. The TQL1600 incorporates an LNA with high-gain/low gain mode. When gain is required, the FEM offers 13dB. The alternate, bypass mode gain is -7dB. Applications include wireless infrastructure, gaming and set top boxes. TriQuint’s TQL1600 features:
- Internally matched I/O ports for ease of design.
- CMOS-compatible logic controls an integrated shutdown control pin.
- Small, 2.5mm square QFN package.
