ACE Controls adds e-commerce function to website

ACE Controls presents an all new e-commerce web store, making AceControls.com a true one-stop shop for sizing, configuring, and now purchasing shock absorbers or gas springs. All the previously offered tools and resources are still available on the website, including product sizing tools, accessory configurators, tutorials, and a full CAD library with part drawings. Being able to provide a purchase option on the website will expedite the buying process for ACE customers 24/7. Many parts can be shipped in as little as three days.

Within the configurator feature on the website, you will be presented with thread options, and shown all accessories that are available for the part you selected. Side load adaptors, buttons, stop collars, and mounting blocks are all available within the accessory configurator. Items identified as “in stock” ship within three business days. Directly from the configurator you can add the part and all accessories to your cart. The web store accepts major credit cards and also PayPal.

“The new e-commerce site is robust with new features, making it easier than ever for customers to find and purchase products,” said Garrett McManaman, ACE Controls application engineer. Every tool and feature the customer needs to specify the perfect part is available on the website. It was important to ACE when designing the website to make sure that all tools were available to the customer so that they would be confident in their purchase.

The web store and online tools are especially useful for prototyping and product specifiers within companies. Imagine using the online sizing tool to find the part you need, download the CAD drawing and check all dimensions and mounting points, then add the right accessories in the configurator, now you can buy everything you need right from that page.
