AFC Industries, a supplier of fasteners and assembly components with a specialty in vendor-managed inventory (VMI) solutions, announced that it has acquired AALL AMERICAN Fasteners.
AALL AMERICAN Fasteners is also a VMI services provider and offers a complete line of fasteners, electronic hardware, electrical components, tools, abrasives, safety, and industrial products.
The company says it tailors its inventory-management solutions to specifically fit supply-chain strategies including kitting, custom packaging, and labeling, as well as vending and delivery programs.
AALL AMERICAN Fasteners is based in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. AFC Industries is headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio and was acquired by Bertram Capital in April 2021. AFC is considered a consolidator of choice in the fragmented C-parts industry and maintains 22 stocking locations across North America and a presence in Mexico.
Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
