Agilent Technologies (Santa Clara, CA) [NYSE: A] has introduced a debugging tool that helps DDR memory designers perform precompliance tests, discover the root cause of compliance failures, and maximize design margins. For engineers who work in the computer, server and mobile device industries, the new tool makes it easier to debug DDR memory devices. The DDR3 and LPDDR3 debug tool runs on Infiniium 9000A, 90000A, 90000 X- and 90000 Q-Series oscilloscopes and features:

• Easy navigation to areas of interest for analysis and collection of statistical data.
• Statistical analysis on timing measurements.
• Locates the start and end of read and write bursts found in the trace to enable quick timing measurements.
• Bandwidth from 20 MHz to 90 GHz.
