Air knives for cleaning, drying, and cooling parts in industrial applications

EXAIR offers a wide selection of Air Knives that are ideal for blowoff, cleaning, drying and cooling parts in industrial applications, as well as acting as an environmental separator or air curtain. The Super Air Knife is your best choice for all applications. It delivers a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across the entire length with hard-hitting force. It is engineered to dramatically reduce compressed air usage while entraining ambient air at a ratio of 40:1. They are available from stock in three inches to 108 inches in aluminum, Type 303 and 316 stainless steel and PVDF.

Standard and Full-Flow Air Knives are also available. They are a good choice and have a lower purchase price. Sizes for those range from three inches to 48 inches and they are available in aluminum and Type 303 stainless steel.
