Anchor Fluid Power, a leading manufacturer of flanges and fittings for the fluid power industry, announced today it has acquired TCF Industries based in Houston, Texas. Founded in 1972, TCF Industries manufactures custom fittings and flanges for the petroleum, offshore, sanitary and chemical markets. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. unnamed

‘TCF Industries is an excellent fit for us,’ states Joe Coffaro, President of Anchor Fluid Power. ‘Not only does the acquisition strengthen our core product offering, it also dramatically improves our service level with the addition of a local manufacturing hub in the Houston area. We couldn’t be more pleased with the knowledge and experience the team at TCF brings to our organization.’

Soon after the acquisition, TCF Industries and Anchor Fluid Power merged operations into a significantly larger facility located at 6529 Cunningham Road in Houston, Texas. The location is on the northwest side of Houston, minutes from U.S. 290 and the Sam Houston Tollway. The new site provides additional space for manufacturing, warehousing and offices, as well as a spacious walk-in area for customers.
