The DMX-K-SA-11 is the newest and most compact member of Arcus Technology’s single axis motion control solutions. The module features a stepper motor, a microstep driver, and motor controller in one small NEMA 11 package.
The product belongs to the Arcus Drivemax series of integrated stepper solutions which are especially suited for medical, manufacturing automation, and other motion applications. The all-in-one design simplifies integration into the host system, and a BASIC-like command set simplifies programming tasks.
The DMX driver provides up to 16 microstep operation. Supply voltage is from 12 to 24 Volts, and peak current can be configured between 100 mA and 1.5 Amps. Maximum torque is approximately 25 oz-in.
The DMX-K-SA-11 can be used with a host controller, or it can be used in standalone mode. The module saves space, provides design flexibility, and eliminates the need for additional hardware.
