Automotive A2S Series Relay

By Design World Staff | May 22, 2008

Minneapolis, Minnesota
— CIT RELAY & SWITCH announces immediate availability of its newest automotive A2S Series shrouded relay. These automotive relays have a
switching capacity to 40A and offer contact arrangement options of SPST N.O., SPST N.C. The A2S Series coil voltage options are 6VDC, 12VDC and 24VDC with coil power choices of 1.6W and 1.9W to maximize battery life.

Features include mounting bracket and quick connect termination (6.3mm – .250mm). Offering contact resistance of <30 milliohms initially, the maximum switching power is 630 watt with max switching voltage of 75VDC. CIT QS9000 and ISO9002 certified manufacturing insures quality and continuous reliability. Standard, RoHS lead free, environmentally friendly (no cadmium) contacts are AgSnO2.
