James Parejko, Vice President, Continuous Improvement and Engineering
(St. Charles, IL) – James Parejko has been promoted to Vice President, Continuous Improvement and Engineering at Bison Gear & Engineering Corp. In his new role, Parejko will direct the five areas of Continuous Improvement and Engineering: Quality, Process Improvement, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Facilities/Manufacturing Engineering. Parejko joined Bison in 2006 as Engineering Manager.

Parejko has over 15 years experience in the power transmission industry, including Chief Engineering for Emerson Power Transmission, Bearings, and Program Manager for turbo diesel engine development at International Truck and Engine Corp. With 5 U.S. patents, he received a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering degree from Northern Illinois University and attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT.
