Buffalo-based Caplugs continues its global expansion with the acquisition of Dutch vinyl dip molder LoVen Special Products.

Based in Oss, Netherlands, LoVen is a proven leader in vinyl molding, serving as a trusted supplier of protective parts and coatings for over 20 years. The company is equipped with comprehensive in-house capabilities from part design to full-scale production. Built on a foundation of service and quality, LoVen’s business model aligns with Caplugs core principles of providing value-added solutions and service to customers around the globe.

“I am very excited to have completed the acquisition of LoVen and to welcome the LoVen employees to the Caplugs family,” said Caplugs President and CEO David Williams.

“The reception from LoVen and Caplugs customers has been positive since initial announcements. LoVen brings a reputation for quality, innovation, and service … so we look forward to the successful integration of the two companies and many years of growth and investment in LoVen.”

With this European expansion, Caplugs will provide global customers more options for local support . This European facility comes as an addition to Caplugs’ four facilities based in the United States, as well as two China-based facilities. Caplugs will continue to build upon LoVen’s existing best-in-class services while keeping the LoVen team in place.

Caplugs plans to develop the company into a comprehensive plastic molding partner that offers catalog products, custom design, and multiple molding capabilities. Moving forward, the Caplugs name will be used with the LoVen name to help familiarize the market with the Caplugs brand. For more information and to request free samples, visit www.caplugs.com.
