The VC series is manufactured of vinyl, which provides great flexibility and application versatility. Vinyl Caps can be used, without degradation, on most applications exposed to temperatures up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The VC series is also available in a high temperature material for processing applications up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. These caps are available in hundreds of sizes from ½-inch through 24-inch.
Available in eight standard colors, red, black, blue, orange, yellow, green, brown and gray, these caps are commonly used for pipe and stud end color-coding. Customized materials and pantone-matched colors are also available. With a high gloss finish with smooth, contoured ends and a smooth flat top, the VC series is also ideal for finishing applications. Soft but tough vinyl, these Caplugs will not crack when stretched, peel when slipped over sharp edges, or shred when forced over threaded fittings.
