Buffalo Grove, IL – The new SPM Series Low Profile Switching Power Supplies from Carlo Gavazzi are the newest addition to our line of Power Supplies. These new power supplies feature a very compact depth of 2.2”(55.5mm) and are ideally suited for shallow enclosures and distribution boxes. Their low profile design provides a flush installation into DIN standard electrical boxes. The power supplies are available in several output power ratings from 7.5 to 100 Watts, which are UL Class 2 rated up to 91 W; available in 5, 12, 15, or 24 VDC outputs.
The SPM power supplies feature high efficiencies, universal 90-264 VAC or 120-370 VDC supply voltages, and diagnostic LEDs for alerting the user of when the output voltage is ready for use and in the event the output voltage is too low. All models also offer internal noise filtering, short circuit, and overload protection. A potentiometer for fine tuning the DC output voltage is included on most models.
These low profile switching power supplies feature rugged plastic housings, screw terminals, and a temperature range of —25 C to +60° C. The SPM power supplies are UL, cUL, TUV, and CE approved, and have a 2 year warranty.
