CPC (Colder Products Company), a provider of single-use connectors and sterile connection technology for biopharmaceutical processing, has hired Davy Zhao as its new Bioprocessing Business Development Manager for Asia. Davy will be focused on growing CPC’s business by working closely with biopharmaceutical manufacturers and supporting the company’s regional sales managers, distributors and OEM partners in Asia.
Davy has extensive experience in the life sciences industries as a former employee of Pall and GE Healthcare. He has a proven track record in Asia with various single-use products including single-use connections, filters and assemblies. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a master’s degree in genetics and molecular biology from Northwest University, Xi’an P.R. China. He will be based in Shanghai, China.
CPC designs and manufactures a broad line of innovative single-use connectors, including genderless connectors, that create quick and easy sterile connections between flexible bag systems, tube assemblies, bioreactors and other bioprocessing equipment—while minimizing the time, costs and cross-contamination risks associated with reusable components.
