CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS), through its subsidiary, CTS Electronic Components, Inc. announces the smallest member of its quartz crystal products, Model 402. The product is housed in a 2.0 x 1.6mm seam sealed ceramic 4-pad surface mount package – providing excellent accuracy and long-term reliability. Its small form factor is ideal for highdensity board applications covering a wide range of products including wireless communications, Bluetooth and USB interfaces, handheld devices such as PDAs and instrumentation, audiovisual, notebooks and other computer peripherals.

Additionally, the Model 402 features frequency ranging between 16MHz and 60MHz, calibration tolerance of ±20ppm, frequency stability of ±30ppm and operating temperature at -40°C to +85°C. The product is fully RoHS 6/6 compliant.
