Robust and attractive UNIDESK is suitable for a wide range of applications including office systems, point-of-sale terminals, medical devices, industrial control equipment, security units and machine controllers.
These versatile and ergonomic aluminum enclosures are ideal for desktop and wall-mounted electronics. The large front panel (accessory) is recessed to accommodate a membrane keypad. The flat rear panel can be machined to allow the installation of connectors, switches and power inlets. There are pre-punched PCB fixing points in the base.
UNIDESK can be supplied with or without an IP 54 sealing gasket in three standard widths (7.87”, 11.81” and 15.74”) – creating a trio of standard sizes from 7.87” x 7.87” x 4.02” to 15.75” x 7.87” x 4.02”. Custom widths are easy to specify and are proving increasingly popular.
UNIDESK can be specified in two standard colours: light gray (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). METCASE supplies the enclosures pre-assembled with four non-slip rubber feet and stainless steel M3 Torx T10 and MS M3 Pozidriv fixings. Prices for UNIDESK start at $127.
Accessories include three standard front panels, three standard wall mount kits (each with oval fixing holes for easier adjustment) and a PCB mounting kit.
