Cypress offers QDR-IV SRAMs in 144- and 72-Megabit (Mbit) densities with the Random Transaction Rate (RTR) required for 100-400 Gigabit line cards in next-generation switches and routers. Cypress’s QDR-IV SRAM features:

• Burst-of-two or banked burst-of-two modes.
• A maximum frequency of 667 &1,066 MHz.
• An RTR of 1,334 & 2,132 MT/s.
