Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies (Freudenberg-NOK), a producer of elastomeric seals and custom molded products, has appointed Dr. Theodore G. Duclos acting president of its North America organization, effective June 11, 2014.
Duclos succeeds Bradley Norton, who recently announced his departure from Freudenberg-NOK to pursue other professional opportunities.
In his new role, Duclos will oversee the ongoing evolution and growth of Freudenberg-NOK’s management and business functions in the Americas. Duclos, who joined Freudenberg-NOK in 1996, has more than 20 years of industry experience in research and development (R&D), technology development and management. He will also continue in his role as CEO of the company’s global Fluid Power division.
Duclos previously served as the vice president of operations and technology, vice president of corporate technology and as the chief technical officer overseeing Freudenberg-NOK’s technical capabilities, research and development programs and development of new products and material and processing technologies.
