Simotion Scout facilitates the configuration, programming, testing and commissioning of applications. It uses graphical-based programming, and includes features such as automatic drive integration and detailed comparisons for graphics-based programming languages. Version 4.2 offers a simpler interface to the Siemens Sinamics drive system, which gives you an automated means of integrating drives and components into the system. The symbolic assignment of technology objects (TOs) and I/Os to drive objects is automated. Object-to-object assignment takes place through an inter-connection screen.
