Store Room Fasteners is joining Endries International as an official acquisition.
Wisconsin-based distributor Endries International Inc., has officially announced the acquisition of Store Room Fasteners. Headquartered in Montgomery, AL, Store Room Fasteners also operates four additional branch locations in Selma and Opelika, Alabama; Lagrange Georgia; and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
For more than 35 years, Store Room Fasteners has been a distributor of a broad range of industrial products including fasteners, fittings, industrial hoses, adhesives, and a variety of specialty components. It also offers performs incoming inspections, vendor qualification, and lot traceability to ensure the highest quality of products. Additionally, Store Room Fasteners provides inventory management with bin stocking programs, scheduled releases, and custom systems.
The company will continue to operate under its name and on its current ERP system. Its president, Tim Wilsford, will remain with the company in a leadership position over the 60 dedicated associates.
