EpoxySet Inc. recently introduced its EO-98HT, an electrically conductive epoxy for electrical circuits, LED attachment, die attach, and grounding applications. The EO-98HT is ideal for solder replacement or circuit/wire bonding where high conductivity and reliability are required. Being a silver-filled adhesive, it produces a very high thermal conductivity, a glass transition temperature of 136°C and is rated for continuous use up to 250°C, ideal for demanding, high temperature needs.
