Banner Engineering introduces the EZ-LIGHT™ K50L with an independent push-button to its line of lighting and indicators. The push-button is mapped to a dry contact output and is designed for use with wireless sensor networks, namely Banner SureCross™ FlexPower battery-operated devices. The push-button on the K50L functions independent of the wireless device it is attached to and consumes minimal power for electrical circuits or control, while three sourcing inputs control the green, yellow, and red indicator lights. The combination of the K50L’s power optimized electronics and the reliable SureCross wireless network provide a new solution for call lights and monitoring machine status that is not constrained to areas with wired power or data connections.
Featuring rugged, fully encapsulated construction, and a compact battery module that supplies power to the wireless sensor network configuration and the K50L for up to three years, the K50L is ideal for use in flexible and abusive work environments thanks to its mobility and ease of installment. The K50L also features 18 to 30V dc operation and is available in cabled and quick disconnect models.
