Fabco-Air (www.fabco-air.com) integrates magnetic piston as standard in its various gripper series products, such as in its FKHW, FKHC and FKA Series Grippers as well as in its FKHT SeriesToggle Type Gripper.

Featuring a rack and pinion design, the FKHW Series Gripper offers accurately synchronized finger motion. With the fingers heat treated for durability, the gripper features sealed bearings to deliver longer service life while its body has been integrated with sensor slots.

The unique design of the FKHC Series Gripper includes the use of a second piston, offering the gripper jaw with added force when pressure is applied.

Ideal for handling small parts particularly in confined areas, the compact gripper features a needle valve to provide users with fine control of the jaw closing speed.

Meanwhile, the FKA Series Gripper offers users with a more cost effective solution than that provided by the company’s competitor.

This angular jaw gripper eliminates the need for added lubrication. Its compact design enables users to handle small parts conveniently even in highly confined work environment.

Unlike the rest of the grippers which are commonly used to handle small parts, the FKHT Series Toggle Type Gripper is ideally suited for handling heavy workpieces. Its toggle mechanism securely holds the workpiece in place even if the pressure drops.

Without requiring for additional lubrication, the Toggle Type Gripper also features tapped mounting holes on five surfaces.

Meanwhile, all the above mentioned Series are designed with hard coated aluminum body to ensure that they are protected against corrosion and abrasion.
