FactoryMation now offers the Delta brand DTB Series Temperature Controllers for low cost thermal and process control applications. The DTB units are available in four DIN-standard sizes of 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, and 1/4-DIN priced from only $79 and all powered with universal 120/240VAC supply voltage. Standard features on all DTB models include support for 18 different temperature and analog input signals, five different output signals across two isolated outputs, and three control modes for On/Off, PID, and Ramp/Soak pattern control. The two built-in outputs, with multiple control modes, allow the DTB series to be use in advanced heating/cooling or valve control applications often only supported in more expensive controllers. Additional features include three configurable alarms, built-in autotune for easy PID setup, fast 150ms input signal response time, and Modbus RS485 communication for connecting to standard control networks. Optional capabilities in the larger 1/8-DIN and 1/4-DIN modules include two external event input points and current transformer support.
