Fastener Training Institute (FTI) has announced that its renowned Fastener Training Week will next be held in Los Angeles, CA, from December 4th to 8th. It comes on the heels of a sold-out session, so advance registration is encouraged.

Early-bird fees for the Fastener Training Week in LA are available until November 20th, 2023. A $500 discount is also offered to Pac-West, NFDA, IFI, MWFA, NCFA, and SFA members. Click here to register or learn more.
“We had an incredible full class in Chicago last month and are eager to be on the West Coast for an equally successful training week,” shared Jo Morris, marketing director of FTI. “It’s wonderful to support students on the path to acquiring advanced knowledge, skills and confidence,” she added.
Fastener Training Week is the five-day, intensive version of FTI’s Certified Fastener Specialist (CFS) advanced technical training program. It’s for seasoned fastener professionals with at least two years of experience or those who have completed FTI’s Fastener Basics or Product Training series.
The week-long course includes small group classroom education, discussions, and hands-on exercises along with plant and testing facility tours and networking opportunities. It will be taught by leading industry experts from the Industrial Fasteners Institute, Laurence Claus and Salim Brahimi, and held at the Holiday Inn La Mirada.
Registration includes educational materials, continental breakfast and lunch, transportation for plant tours, certification of completion and eligibility for the CFS designation.
