Fixtureworks launches catalogue of top products

By Michelle Froese | October 1, 2019

Fixtureworks has published a 550-plus page new product catalog, with the aim of helping users save time, work faster, and improve the quality of their projects. Featured items include quick release pins, clamps, fasteners, work-holding products, knobs and handles, spring plungers, rollers, bumpers, and more.

Download the new Fixtureworks product catalogue here.

A few highlighted products from 2019 include:

One touch fasteners: Designed to provide quick and easy locking and unlocking for fixture plates. One Touch Fastener products include button-locking assemblies, magnetic clamp receptacles, and quarter-turn assemblies. Sliding locks are also offered. These locks function as a convenient, adjustable stop for use in a wide range of applications.

Flex locator system: Consists of tapered pins and receiving bushings. In combination, these parts are made to be mounted on fixture bases and plates, allowing highly accurate locating and positioning with repeatability of .01MM. This system allows fast and accurate fixture changes, mounting the same fixture on different machines, machining from five sides on one fixture, and a quick fixture setup.

Industrial knobs, grips, handles & hand wheels: Designed to be applicable on end products and machines used in the manufacturing process. These products come in a host of different styles — which range from standard bow shaped models to versions designed with ergonomically contoured grips. Material options are also available in each pull handle style, which further assists in achieving quality, function, and style. Some of the materials available include stainless steel and high-density thermoplastic. Available in various sizes, lengths, and mounting styles.

Workholding grippers: Allow for faster speeds and feeds within the manufacturing process. Their modular and economical replaceable wear surfaces extend the life of expensive jigs, fixtures, jaws, and clamping mechanisms.

TG GripSert workholding grippers: Offers many advantages over traditional clamping systems, including exceptional clamping stability, zero need for pre-machining or dovetailing workpieces, vibration dampening. The grippers also allow for extremely secure holding at lower clamping forces to avoid deforming the workpiece. This results in a higher cutting rate and less waste of materials than traditional clamping systems.
