Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces announced that it has acquired Flagg Incorporated, a wholesale distributor to the building and remodeling industry.
Wilsonart designs and engineers surfaces, primarilu for commercial and residential use. The hardware and tools offered by Flagg will enhance Wilsonart’s offering.
Flagg distributes distributes decorative and functional hardware, including concealed hinges and drawer slides, fasteners, adhesives, resin panels, abrasives, finishes, industrial and cutting tools, and other components, typically for the cabinet-making industry.
This strategic acquisition represents significant growth potential for Wilsonart by expanding the company’s footprint in the Midwest. Flagg is based in Cincinnati but has branches in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
