Free Product Catalog App: Gems Sensors & Controls Connect

Gems Sensors & Controls (Gems) (Plainville, CT) has introduced its “Gems Sensors & Controls Connect”, a free mobile application download for Android, iPhone, and iPad devices.

“Gems Sensors & Controls Connect” is a companion to the company’s recently released online digital standard product catalog. The mobile application features identical look, feel and navigation to the catalog, with the added convenience of real-time access to thousands of standard liquid level, flow and pressure sensors, indicators, transmitters, receivers, solid state and intrinsically safe relays and barriers, miniature solenoid valves and proximity sensors. Each page may be downloaded into an online briefcase, or shared via email and social media. Products are also directly linked to technical application support resources and online ordering.

The mobile application is available as a free-of-charge download from the Applications library of any compatible device. Upon installation, users are also given the option to receive real-time updates of new catalog pages, generating directly from the mobile application itself. Software upgrades will also be automatically issued on an as-needed basis to keep pace with operating system upgrade requirements.

For nearly sixty years, Gems has designed and manufactured a full range of sensors for medical sciences, mass transportation, automotive, renewable energy, oil and gas, off-highway, pharmaceutical, marine and shipboard service, mining, water and wastewater processing, boiler and tank gauging, and process control. Most off-the-shelf standard products can be easily modified with alternate electrical connections, port connections, and housings. The company can further support custom sensor designs to meet more stringent parameters, typically with shorter lead times than can be found with many other industry off-the-shelf solutions.

For more information about Gems Sensors & Controls and their available product line offerings, contact the company toll-free at +1-855-877-9666, via email at [email protected], or visit www.GemsSensors.com.
