RapidNylon® parts are produced using a modified LS (Laser Sintering) process and high end blend of GF-Nylon material. Parts are air tight and insoluble to chemicals, oils, fuels etc. They also perform and live in extreme heat environments up to 150° C. One piece parts are produced up to 28” x 15” x 23”; larger parts are easily produced in portions. RapidNylon® parts are also engine ready withstanding the heat and beat of a running engine during development phases.
