Hardinge Inc. has announced the appointment of Morris Group, Inc. as exclusive distributor of Hardinge products in portions of 21 Eastern and Midwestern states. For some regions this appointment is effective immediately and for other territories the appointment is effective no later than February 1, 2010.

Morris Group, Inc. companies that will sell the Hardinge, Bridgeport, Hauser, Kellenberger and Tschudin brands include:

    • The Robert E. Morris Company
    • Morris TriState
    • Morris Great Lakes
    • Morris South
    • Morris Midwest

The new partnership with Hardinge will give Morris customers access to another source of quality machine tools and accessories that complement  existing product lines. Morris Group, Inc. carefully evaluates our product offering to ensure that we provide our customers with the best technology available.

The addition of the Hardinge line of machine tools and accessories has special meaning to the Morris Group family of companies, as our founder, Robert E. Morris, was himself a Hardinge apprentice more than 69 years ago.
