Data centers across the globe are fast reaching their space limits and rising costs are forcing businesses to rethink their data center strategy. So how should you continue IT deployment and drive growth? Simple. Implement high-density (HD) fiber optic connectivity. Cablesys HD fiber products offer the highest performance and most cost-effective solutions within the industry; patch panels, adapter panels and MPO cassettes.

High-density (HD) fiber patch panels are the solution in premise backbone cabling, consolidation points, and data centers applications where port density, less pathways congestion and spaces are crucial for high bandwidth mission critical infrastructures. Whether end-users are installing fiber to the home (FTTH), business (FTTB) or curb (FTTC) Cablesys HD fiber patch panels and complementing solutions are ideal to simplify your design process, saving time and money.

They are designed to mount onto standard 19” racks and offer the highest fiber connectivity within one rack mount space allowing maximum space usage. Get up to 288 fibers on one MPO patch panel and up to 96 fibers on one LC patch panel. Fiber patch panels are constructed of 16 gauge steel and incorporate numeric silk screening for easy port identification.

For a flexible solution Cablesys’ HD fiber adapter panels are designed just for that. There are push pins allowing them to be easily installed and removed from blank panels for quick moves, adds and changes. Get up to 216 fibers on one MPO adapter panel and up to 72 fibers on three LC adapter panel in one rack mount space.

For HD Plug and Play infrastructures use MPO cassettes. Cablesys has designed 24 LC fiber connectors on the front with an internal cable assembly converting to two female 12-fiber MPO connectors on the rear for a simple solution. This enables you to utilize MPO trunk cables within the backbone infrastructure for faster deployment. Cassettes are designed with push pins allowing them to be easily interchanged and come pre-tested, ready for immediate use.
