The range of stepper motor driven miniature positioning stages from Heason Technology are economically priced and suit various low-cost applications in laboratory and research.
The modular and comprehensive range is also ideally suited for medium precision use and includes rotary, linear, goniometer as well as vertical elevation stages along with DSP controlled microstepping drives.
Featuring up to 5 microns of positioning accuracy and repeatability of up to +/-0.3 microns, the AX linear positioning stages series offer 15 mm to 70 mm of travel in a selection of precision grades. Its table sizes range from 40 mm x 40 mm to 120 mm x 120 mm. Equipped with a 1.0 mm high precision pitch ballscrew drive, the stages are also fitted with caged ball designs for up to 20 kg loads.
The goniometer and worm gear driven stages including the wedge design elevation stages complement the precision, compact dimensions and dynamics of the linear range. GMT’s motorized stages are all available for complete multi-axis positioning systems, either through low profile adapter plates or by directly mounting to each other.
