Developed in collaboration with fastener manufacturers, HELM‘s TRG series ThreadGard is designed to deliver the functionality of a modern process monitor to virtually any new or used thread-rolling machine currently in operation.
The TRG ThreadGard takes advantage of industry-standard features such as job recipe storage, history tracking, and intelligent diverter control — allowing users to view, store, and recall signatures on a touchscreen display.
The ThreadGuard offers an adaptable learning alarm for trend sampling to reduce variabilities caused by process changes, automatically removing defective parts. It can store job recipes and up to 1,000 alarms in memory with a date and time stamp.
