Ross Controls’ High-Relief Pilot Operated Regulator is specially designed for systems that require high flow, relief and pressure regulation, such as aluminum production, steel production, glass bottle production and blow molding operations.
The High-Relief Pilot Operated Regulator features a diaphragm design with standard NPTF port threads and BSPP port threads inline mounting. The product’s inlet pressure can reach a maximum of 400 psig (27.6 bar) while the outlet pressure is up to 250 psig (17.3 bar).
Other features include high relief characteristics of up to 200 scfm and flow rates that can exceed 400 scfm. The product also comes with a standard pressure gauge of zero to 200 psig (0 to 14 bar), ¼–NPTF (¼ BSPP) gauge ports front and rear or the optional 0 to 600 psig (0 to 40 bar).
The regulator’s body and dome are made with zinc while the seas are made from nitrile. High-Relief Pilot Operated Regulator has brass valves and glass filled nylon valve cap and uses compressed air as a fluid media. This new regulator has a media temperature of zero degree to 158 degrees Fahrenheit (-18 degrees to 70 degrees Celsius).
High-Relief Pilot Operated Regulator’s inlet/outlet ports and NPT gauge ports ranges from ¼ to 1 ¼. This ISO-certified product comes with a ¾ port size MUFFL-AIR Silencer as well as a Bracket Assembly Kit as accessories.
