With its recently increased maximum operating temperature of 85°C, Measurement Specialties KPSI Model 342 submersible level transducer can handle even more applications in surface water, groundwater, down hole, tailrace and forebay monitoring as well as oceanographic research. The unit contains an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) that provides a 4-20 mA analog output with digital transducer performance. Over the compensated temperature range of-20 to 85°C, the Total Error Band specification is ±0.25% FS.
The submersible hydrostatic level transducer addresses measurements between 10 thru 692 ft H2O (3 thru 211 m H2O) for the vented gage reference or 35 thru 692 ft H2O (10 thru 211 m H2O) for the sealed or absolute gage reference versions.
